Launch

The planning phase will have left you with a clear view of what you have to do to launch and be prepared for the future. After launch, the balancing act begins - how to ensure that all the building blocks necessary for operation remain in place while you begin to look ahead to the challenges of establishing and growing the business.

We will work with you to ensure from the outset that the business is equipped for the challenges that lie ahead.

This will cover company set-up, financing arrangements, looking at regulatory requirements and other legal and structural matters. We will also look with you at the general infrastructure that the business will need to support it and help you to see that you implement this in a way that is scaleable but doesn't commit you to unnecessary investment before you need it.

We will also make sure you don't lose sight of some of the 'softer' issues that are so important as you set out - how to engage and enthuse the right people, how to bring on and hold onto the first customers, how to start to create a culture that is consistent with the brand and supports the type of workplace you want to create.

On top of this, we'll always be available for the conversations that help to pick you up when you're feeling down, to see the way through a problem that is hard to find, and to laugh and celebrate with you when the time is right.

We will coach and advise but we also won't be afraid to roll up our sleeves and get something done if that is what's needed. Nothing is more important during Launch than making sure all the necessary thinking, planning and doing takes place so that the company is up, running and ready to grow.

As the company leaves the launch phase it will be up and running and well equipped for the forthcoming challenges of growth.
