As the founder of a business, you're soon going to find your leadership skills being tested. You may find this daunting - you may never have thought of yourself as a leader before. But the truth is that as an entrepreneur you probably have half a dozen traits that will make you a natural leader.

We entrepreneurs usually have a vision of what we're building; a huge and infectious belief in what we're doing and what we're creating; a natural enthusiasm for our business; a willingness to work very hard and to make personal sacrifices to achieve our goals; a desire to create something lasting, a legacy; and a very close affinity with other people who share our traits and our vision.

If you recognise those traits in yourself, you can be a great leader.
